Al Fatah History
In 1941 the success journey of the mall started when Al-Hamra Store opened in Tolington Market at Lahore’s Mall Road. In 1958, it was converted into Al-Fatah Store, a distinguished superstore of that time. The 2nd branch was founded in Liberty Market in 1974 in Lahore. In 1990 Tolington market branch was relocated to Shadmaan Lahore due to the Punjab government’s reconstruction and renovation of historical places in Lahore.
The period from 1985-1998 was pivotal in Al-Fatah’s history. Many major improvements were made to suit the compatibility of the new time. Buildings were expanded, departmentalization occurred, and warehouses were expanded to fulfill the demands of a growing number of customers. Al-Fatah continued to provide dedicated services, and in 2009, a new landmark was reached with the opening of two outlets, one in Faisalabad and the other in DHA Lahore.
