Nisar Ahmad Jutt Biography
Nisar belongs to a political background as his uncle, and also his father-in-law remained MPA from Faisalabad. He followed his family tradition and entered politics. Unlike many other Pakistani politicians, he is a highly-educated personality and holds an MBBS degree.
But due to an interest in politics, he couldn’t continue his medical career and joined politics. He has left and joined many political parties in his political career, including PPP, PML-N, PML-Q, and PTI. In the 2008 elections, he got defeated by a PPP candidate, but in the 2013 elections, he defeated the same PPP candidate.

Political Career
2002 General Elections
He got elected to Pakistan National Assembly as Pakistan People’s Party’s candidate from NA-81 Constituency in 2002 elections. He secured Fifty-Eight thousand, eight hundred, and fifty-five votes and surpassed PML-Q (Pakistan Muslim League), the candidate.
Joined PML-Q
He parted ways from Pakistan People’s Party and joined PML-Q in 2008.
General Elections 2008
He contested for the seat of Pakistan national Assembly on the ticket of PML-Q from NA-81 Constituency but failed to get enough votes. He secured Fifty-five thousand, six-hundred, and forty-six votes and got defeated by a PPP candidate Chaudhary Saeed Iqbal.
Joined PML-N
He parted his ways from PML-Q in 2013 and joined PML-N (Pakistan Muslim League-N).
General Elections 2013
He was again elected to Pakistan National Assembly on a ticket of PML-N from NA-81 Constituency in the 2013 general election. He defeated Chaudhary Saeed Iqbal by securing 122,059 votes. In Oct 2017, he got appointed as Federal Parliamentary-Secretary for Human Rights.
Joined PTI
In Dec 2017, in a protest, he resigned from the National Assembly seat, and in 2018 he parted his ways from PML-N and became associated with Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI).
