Muhammad Saleh Bhootani Biography
Saleh Bhootani is a Pakistani politician who has served as a member of the Provincial Assembly for many tenures. He started his political career in the 1980s and since then has served on various crucial Ministries. He is currently associated with Balochistan Awami Party and is serving as an MPA after winning 2018 Pakistan General Elections.
Moreover, he is the chief of Bhootani tribe. His brother Aslam Bhootani is likewise a Pakistani politician who remained the Balochistan Provincial Assembly Deputy Speaker.

1985 General Elections
He for the first time, ran for the seat of the Provincial Assembly in 1985 General Elections on the party ticket of Pakistan Muslim League and fortunately won the elections from PB-35 Constituency.
1988 General Elections

1990 General Elections
He contested 1990 General Elections as an independent candidate for the provincial Assembly seat from the same Constituency and once again gave defeat to his opponent.

1993 General Elections proved to be in his favour as he once again got a chance to serve as an MPA on the ticket of Pakistan Peoples Party. Throughout his career, he remained associated with different political parties.
1997 General Elections
He left PPP and ran as an Independent candidate in 1997 Elections for the seat of the provincial Assembly and once again didn’t get disappointed.
2002 General Elections
Unfortunately, 2002 Elections couldn’t be in his favour as he first the first time lost the seat from his brother, Muhammad Aslam Bhutani. However, on 19th November 2007, he was made the Balochistan Chief Minister caretaker after the 5-year completion of the Balochistan Assembly. He served on that post till 8th April 2008.
2013 General Elections
He again became a member of the provincial Assembly in 2013 Pakistan General Elections as an independent candidate from PB-45 constituency. He gave defeat to Jam Kamal Khan.
2018 General Elections
After completing his 5-year term, he re-appointed as a member of the provincial Assembly in 2018 General Elections after securing the highest votes. He contested the elections while being associated with Balochistan Awami Party from PB-49 Lasbela Constituency.
After taking an oath, he was made the Balochistan Provincial Minister on Food, Law and Parliamentary Affairs. Later he was given additional ministry for Rural development and the local Government.
