Saba hails from Lahore is a Pakistani Politician who is currently functioning as a member of the Provincial Assembly after winning the Pakistan General Elections while being affiliated with Pakistan Muslim League N and has returned to the Assembly for the fourth time. She is a practicing lawyer who served as a Vice President Punjab of Pakistan Muslim League. She is married and is blessed with a child.

She holds the degree of Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Arts in Political Science that she attained from the University of Punjab.
Political Career
- She ran for the seat of the Provincial Assembly for the first time in 2002 Pakistan General Elections on a reserved seat for women while being attached to Pakistan Muslim League Q and defeated her competitive. She was appointed as the Vice President Punjab of PMLQ till the completion of her tenure. She also made the Advisor to Chief Minister and as Chairperson, Punjab Social Services Board. She was also a candidate of the Public Accounts Committee. Previously she served as the Information Secretary Punjab from 1992 to 1996 and Additional General Secretary from 1998 to 2002.
- She was re chosen as a member of the Provincial Assembly in 2008 Pakistan General Elections on a reserved seat for women while being associated with the same party. After completing the tenure she left the party and join Pakistan Muslim League N.
- She again ran for the seat of the Provincial Assembly in 2013 Pakistan General Elections on a reserved seat for women and gave defeat to her opponent. She was made the Chairperson Child protection bureau until the completion of her tenure.
