Nasir Khan Khattak Biography
Nasir Khan is a political figure whose political career is full of controversies and ups and downs. He got NA membership on the ticket of PTI. But later in 2014 due to some violations of PTI’s discipline Imran Khan asked for his disqualification.
After receiving the show cause notice about disqualification, he stated that he was a loyal member of the party. Still, he is more faithful to his country, so he opposed attacks on national institutes like Presidency, Parliament, PTV head offices, and Pakistan Secretariat.
In 2016 it found that he is running an unrecognized medical college and due to this reason, his party membership discontinued. He then joined JUI (F).

Political Career
General Election 2013
He ran for Pakistan’s NA seat on the ticket of PTI from NA-15 Constituency in general election 2013. He defeated PML-N’s candidate by securing fifty-one thousand four hundred and eighty-one votes.
Disqualification
In 2014 Imran Khan the Chairperson of PTI asked NA speaker Sardar Ayaz for Khattak’s disqualification from National Assembly Membership because he violated the discipline of the party. After receiving the show-cause notice, he raised many questions on the strategy of PTI and also refused to resign.
He said it is his right to have legal assistance under Pakistan’s constitution. Nasir raised fingers on ‘Long March’ and protest in ISB by PTI. He interrogated that whether there were any secret associations or consultations with Tahir-ul-Qadri. He further asked who decided about the resignation of MNAs from Provincial and National Assemblies of Sindh & Punjab.
Nasir criticized the PTI members’ attack on national institutes as these attacks and disobedience of rules was against constitution and PTI ideology. In 2016 it found that he is running an unrecognized medical college and due to this reason, his party membership discontinued.
Expulsion from PTI
In 2016 he got expelled from PTI due to allegation of running a below-average medical college ‘Al-Riyaz Medical College’ in PEW. It found that college has not even recognized by PMDC (Pakistan Medical & Dental Council). In 2018 he got membership of another political party JUI (F).
