Abdul Rauf is a Pakistani Politician who is currently working as a member of the Provincial Assembly while being attached to Pakistan Muslim League N after winning the Pakistan General Elections 2018. He has previously served as a Councillor, Corporation Gujranwala and Executive Member, Gujranwala Chamber of Commerce & Industry. Other than a politician he is also an agriculturist and an Industrialist.

Political Career
- He ran for the seat of the Provincial Assembly for the first time in 1993 Pakistan General Elections from the Constituency PP-88 (Gujranwala-XII) as a member of Pakistan Muslim League N. He gave defeat to his opponent Khalid Aziz Lone by gaining 30,531 votes. Before becoming an MPA he worked as a Councillor, Corporation Gujranwala and Executive Member, Gujranwala Chamber of Commerce & Industry.
- He was again chosen as a member of the Provincial Assembly in 1997 Pakistan General Elections from the Constituency PP-88 (Gujranwala-XII) as a member of Pakistan Muslim League N by winning from PPP member Jamshed Ahmad Chaudhry.
- He again ran for the seat of Provincial Assembly in 2013 Pakistan General Elections from the Constituency PP-94 (Gujranwala-IV) as a member of the same party and this time gave defeat to a candidate of Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf Khawaja Khalid Aziz Lone.
- In 2018 Pakistan General Elections he is again elected as a member of the Provincial Assembly from the Constituency PP-58 (Gujranwala-VIII). He has retured as MPA for the fourth time. He had been also appointed as Chairman, Gujranwala Waste Management Company and Ashiana-i-Quaid Housing Scheme in the past.
