Chaudhry Iftikhar Hussain Chachar hails from Okara is an advocate and a Pakistani politician who is currently functioning as a member of the Provincial Assembly after winning the Pakistan General Elections while being affiliated with Pakistan Muslim League N and has returned to the Assembly for the third time. He served as a member of Forestry and Fisheries as Chairperson. He is married and is blessed with 4 Children.

Political Career
- He ran for the seat of the provincial Assembly for the first time in 2002 Pakistan General Elections from the Constituency PP-188 (Okara-IV) as an independent candidate and gave defeat to his opponent.
- After completing his tenure he again ran for the seat of the Provincial Assembly in 2008 Pakistan General Elections from the Constituency PP-188 (Okara-IV) as an independent candidate but unfortunately lost the seat to his competitive. In 2012 he once again ran for the seat of the National Assembly as an independent candidate but once again faced defeat. In 2013 he joined Pakistan Muslim League N.
- He ran for the seat of the Provincial Assembly in 2013 Pakistan General Elections from the Constituency PP-188 (Okara-IV) and defeated his opponent. He took the charge and appointed as a member of Forestry and Fisheries as Chairperson till the completion of his tenure.
- He is again elected as a member of the Provincial Assembly from the Constituency PP-185 (Okara-III) in 2018 General Elections while being attached to the same party.
