She has been acted in many Films and Television Series. some of her Notable Roles as Khoobsurat in Bulbulay, Natasha in Ladies Park, Sara Role in Zindagi Gulzar Hai, Arzoo Role in Tanhai and Aleena Role in Dil Apna Aur Preet Parai. Beside her Modeling and Acting Career She is  Also a Famous Playback Singer. Ayesha Omer got recognition with the teen based program Kollege. This show was the direction by another NCA graduate Jawad Bashir. The show also had well known singer and actor Ali Zafar and other well known TV personalities. Other than hosting and acting, Pakistani model Ayesha Omer also acted in Nautanki, NCA’s drama group. However she needed a formal training in acting. Her university supported her to perform any part of the arts. While she was the student of NCA, she modeled for eighteen shows and performed in seven plays with Lahore’s amateur theater group. Ayesha Omer was always interested in theater and charity work. From her school time, she was always in to arts and theater activities. In fact Ayesha Omer was the president of arts at her arts school and used to manage the theater productions, costumes, and conceptual creativities. In summer vacations, she used to give her most of the time at the Rising Sun School for special children. She was only eight years old when she first hosted television show Meray Bachpan Kay Din. She interviewed celebrities about their early days. Muneeza Hashmi was the co-host with Ayesha Omar. After the success of show Kollege, Ayesha Omer bagged a role of host in a show known as Rhythm. Rhythm used to air on Prime TV. Ayesha Omar  interviewd the musicians and singers of Pakistan. Arif Lohar and Shazia Manzoor were also included. Now, the latest Yalghaar poster reveals Ayesha Omar’s character named Zarmeena. Out of all the characters, Ayesha’s intense look and her poster giving us a glimpse of Zarmeena, tells us what the character is all about. In an interview, Ayesha Omar reveals that she plays an empowered young girl who stands up for her right and plays an integral part in the progression of the film.
